Administrative Assistant

Qualifications

  • BBA, or at least two (2) years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong management & organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • PC Literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook, etc.).
  • Knowledge of clerical & administrative procedures & systems such as filing & record keeping.
  • Coordinate meetings with possible prospects to establish new business.
  • Office equipment experience – phones, copier, scanner, fax, postage machine.
  • Available to work overtime.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced position.
  • Fully bilingual with excellent technical and strong communication skills (orally and written).
  • Must be able to occasionally lift 5-10 lbs
