Qualifications
- BBA, or at least two (2) years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong management & organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- PC Literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook, etc.).
- Knowledge of clerical & administrative procedures & systems such as filing & record keeping.
- Coordinate meetings with possible prospects to establish new business.
- Office equipment experience – phones, copier, scanner, fax, postage machine.
- Available to work overtime.
- Ability to work in fast-paced position.
- Fully bilingual with excellent technical and strong communication skills (orally and written).
- Must be able to occasionally lift 5-10 lbs
