Every strong team is made up of people who bring different strengths to the table—and often, it’s the steady, behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly. At Galíndez LLC, our administrative team is a vital part of that foundation.

In recognition of their contributions, we recently hosted two events during the month of May to show our appreciation. Though Administrative Professionals Day is officially celebrated in April, we took advantage of a calmer schedule in May to fully honor the value our administrative team brings to the firm.

The first was a wellness-focused activity at our office, led by Joanie Negrón of GlowCandles PR, who brought Aroma the Experience to our staff. In a relaxed setting, our administrative team created personalized candles, diffusers, and roll-ons—each selecting the scents that resonated with them. Joanie also shared thoughtful reflections, turning the workshop into a space for both creativity and connection.

The following week, the Galíndez partners joined the administrative team for a special lunch at Luisa Restaurant, enjoying good food and conversation away from the office. It was a simple but meaningful gesture that underscored how much we value not just the work but also the people who make it possible.
