After months of dedication, long hours, and a successful busy season, the Galíndez team recently came together for one of the firm’s most anticipated traditions: the annual End of Busy Season outing.

This year’s celebration took place during an afternoon gathering at Old Harbor Brewery, where team members enjoyed exclusive access to the brewery while taking a well-deserved break and reconnecting with colleagues from across the firm.

Throughout the afternoon, employees sampled a variety of Old Harbor’s signature and seasonal brews while learning more about the brewing process and the craftsmanship behind each selection. The event provided an opportunity to step away from deadlines and projects for a few hours while enjoying great company in a relaxed setting.

As expected, one of the highlights of the outing was karaoke. From beloved favorites such as “Colgando en tus manos,” performed by Carlos Baute and Marta Sánchez, to classics like “El Rey,” famously popularized by Vicente Fernández, the Galíndez team brought plenty of energy and enthusiasm to the microphone.

Adding to the fun, Managing Partner Rafael Nieves, CPA, joined in the celebration and shared a few performances of his own, drawing cheers and applause from colleagues throughout the afternoon.

The event also served as a reminder of the importance of taking time to recognize the people behind the work. Busy season requires a tremendous amount of dedication, teamwork, and commitment from every department across the firm. Gathering together after successfully navigating one of the busiest times of the year provided an opportunity to celebrate those efforts and enjoy each other’s company outside the office.
