12 Feb The Galíndez Team Excels at the 2024 Tax Bowl
Galíndez was thrilled to participate in the second edition of the Tax Bowl hosted by the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants (CCPAPR). The event brought together 11 teams from various accounting firms to showcase their tax knowledge in a friendly yet competitive environment.
Led by coach Jazmarie Rivera, the Galíndez team, comprised of Rafael Gutierrez, Orlando Algarin, Vijay Toolsie, Ashley Cruz, and Alexander Remy, demonstrated their expertise and teamwork throughout the competition. Colleagues from Galíndez were present to cheer them on, adding to the supportive atmosphere. With a panel of experienced CPAs overseeing the event, our team delivered an impressive performance, showcasing their proficiency in tax matters. Despite the competition, the event fostered a sense of camaraderie and professionalism among all participants.
Attendees enjoyed a refreshing cocktail hour after the main competition, providing an opportunity to share with industry peers. Galíndez extends its gratitude to the CCPAPR for organizing events that test our knowledge and strengthen the bonds within our financial community.
